Basemap packages a full stack Robotics SDK into any smartphone, empowering humans with the advances of the latest decades of robotics research, without all the challenges of scaling a robotic fleet in the real world. The Basemap SDK leverages augmented reality, real-time route analytics, and ad hoc gathering of position data to build collaborative maps for important items in several key markets.
The Mapping SDK works entirely with the sensors present on today's smartphones. There is no expensive fixed infrastructure to purchase and maintain. Intelligent algorithms bring new possibilities for efficiency to existing workflows. From classic routing problems like Traveling Salesman to automatically building cm accurate maps and helping workers track where they are at all times within those maps (localization), the Basemap tools provide novel methods to solve old problems.
